  1. Home Cooking: Turmeric has a subtle, spicy, peppery flavour. Add one to two drops of Turmeric essential oil to scrambled eggs, frittatas, rice dishes, or soups. to explore and enjoy its subtle, spicy flavour. You can also add it to sautéed greens. Consider substituting Turmeric essential oil for raw or powdered turmeric in a favourite curry or Indian recipe.
  2. Skincare: Add a drop or two of Turmeric essential oil to your daily facial moisturizer before applying to help support a beautiful complexion. Be sure to pay extra attention to dry spots and blemishes to promote overall clean and healthy-looking skin. 
  3. Massage: Incorporate Turmeric oil into your recovery routine after strenuous activity for a soothing massage experience. Combine a few drops of Turmeric essential oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil in the palm of your hand. Rub into your skin where you need relief.
  4. Diffusion: Whenever stresses are high, you can create a supportive and uplifting environment by diffusing Turmeric oil throughout your home. Add three drops of Turmeric essential oil to your diffuser for a warm, energizing aroma throughout the day.

These are some things to know before ingesting or using Turmeric. Turmeric is a natural compound, whose active ingredient is curcumin. Curcumin has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory attributes.

  • Arthritis
  • Hyperlipidemia (cholesterol in the blood)
  • Anxiety
